💗About Our Winter Immersion

Join us for our next Immersion in Berlin, where we’ll come together in person to explore what it truly means to lead with compassion in today’s economy. Through hands-on sessions and real world case studies, we’ll dive deep into social entrepreneurship, ethical business models and heart-centered leadership. Whether you're launching purpose-driven ventures or transforming systems from within, this gathering will equip you with the mindset and tools to drive meaningful, values-based change. We'll also honour our newest Graduates as they step into the world as ToU Alumni, ready to shape a more just, caring and sustainable economy.

💰 Costs and Inclusions

Attendance at this Immersion is self-paid.

• Travel and accommodation are not covered
• Lunch, hot drinks, water and snacks are provided on Thursday 4 and Friday 5 December
• Light snacks, hot drinks and water are provided on Saturday 6 December during the day
• Light snacks will also be provided on Saturday 6 December during the Winter Party.
• All other meals and optional social activities are self-paid (see day by day agenda for details)

We’ve aimed to curate a mix of free and paid activities to fit different interests and budgets. Self paid activities are clearly marked in the schedule.

This is our main venue Thursday-Saturday, but other activities will take place in other locations across the week. Please check the schedule below to confirm where we will be each day!
