• Each learner submits a supervisor request form once their topic and lab are defined.
• The Lab Director reviews and assigns the most suitable supervisor based on topic alignment and expertise.
• In some labs (e.g., Innovation & Technology), the Lab Director directly supervises the project.
• Learners collaborating with external partners may request approval for co-supervisors from those organizations.
