What it is

The Mentoring Hub connects you with experienced professionals from within and beyond the ToU community who are willing to share their perspective, challenge your thinking and support your growth. Mentoring at ToU is:

• Community-led
• Self-selected (you choose your mentor)
• Flexible and human
• Focused on clarity, confidence and direction

This is not a formal, long-term programme with fixed timelines. It is designed to give you access to real-world insight at key moments in your journey that are important to you.

Why it matters

Learning builds knowledge. Mentoring builds perspective.

Through mentoring, you can:

• Clarify your mission and long-term direction
• Sense-check career ideas or transitions
• Prepare for interviews or new roles
• Reflect on leadership challenges
• Build confidence in your strengths and positioning

Many of our mentors are alumni, operators and leaders who have navigated exactly the kinds of decisions you’re thinking about now.

How to use the Mentoring Hub

1. Identify the theme of the support you’re looking for (e.g. Entrepreneurship, Personal Development, Tech & AI, Sustainability, Leadership Coaching)

2. Review mentor profiles and select the person most aligned with your goals, experience level and interests.

3. Reach out with a short introductory message via LinkedIn or Slack.
