Survey insights: What we heard

What we did

Your Feedback How we responded for 2026
Preference for 3–4 immersions per year with a mix of formats Hosting four immersions: one week-long anchor event (Berlin) plus three shorter 2–3 day immersions (Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich).
Travel time and cost are barriers Locations selected for city affordability and accessibility, balancing rail and air connections across Europe, to lessen travel impact for a large proportion of our Community.
Desire for structured networking and community-building Reviewing programming to ensure we are facilitating more connection and community building, including how we incorporate positive social impact. Ahead of Berlin in December, we will also be trialling a virtual mixer for first time Immersion attendees.
Interest in hands-on, impact-driven experiences We will be mixing up programming to incorporate more hands on, deeper collaboration, including volunteering, challenges and the Quest. We will be reviewing the success of our 2025 Immersion themes, and announcing our approach to this for 2026 later in the year.
Sustainability is important Locations have been chosen to minimise travel impact of our Europe-based Community whilst balancing city affordability, sustainability credentials and local civic infrastructure. We are working on an “in person experience” policy and where possible will continue to source and work with local suppliers and venues who have sustainability and social impact practices at the core of what they do. We will also continue to offer vegan catering.
Need for advance notice to plan travel and budgets 2026 immersion dates are shared early to allow advance planning, budgeting, travel and accommodations.
