Circles are small, high trust peer networks of Tomorrow University learners and Alumni who share a common identity or life experience, coming together to support each other, exchange insights and explore personal and professional growth.

This page is your go-to guide for creating and leading a Circle. Circles are safe, inclusive spaces for discussion, peer support and shared learning, fostering meaningful connections across our global community.
- Purpose: Provide a supportive peer network for learners and alumni around shared identities or experiences.
- Why we’re doing it: Learners have expressed a need for spaces to connect, reflect, and support one another in navigating challenges unique to their experiences.
- Idea to action: Each Circle hosts at least one virtual space per month, which could include guest speakers, workshops or facilitated conversations.
🫶 Your role as Circle Lead
The Circle Lead role is a key volunteering opportunity within the ToU Community. It combines leadership, facilitation, and community building, providing valuable skills while making an impact. As a Circle Lead, you will:
- Define your Circle’s purpose, structure, and constitution, creating a psychologically safe and inclusive space
- Plan and facilitate monthly virtual discussions
- Encourage engagement in your Circle Slack space and nurture peer-to-peer support
- Gather feedback and share insights with the wider ToU Community
- Optionally co-lead with other learners and receive mentorship from a ToU Ambassador
