What it is

The Tomorrow University Community CV & LinkedIn Surgery is a peer led careers support service where you can receive practical, personalised and human feedback on your CV and/or LinkedIn profile from reviewers in our community

Typical feedback can include;

• Structure and formatting improvements
• Tailoring for your target roles
• LinkedIn headline, about section and keyword improvements
• The service is not a full rewrite, but providing human. experienced support in a world of automation

How it works

1. Submit your request using the form (CV upload and/or LinkedIn URL) and a bit about the roles you’re looking for (if you have a specific role in mind, include the link to that too!)
2. Reviewers will select submissions based on their area of expertise and whether they think they can support
3. Your reviewer returns clear, actionable feedback via email within 7 working days
4. You complete a short feedback form, to let us know the impact of the review and how we can improve the process!

How to become a Reviewer

We welcome alumni and community members to support learners as reviewers.

To join as a reviewer, you’ll;

• Have experience within HR, recruitment or hiring
• Be proficient in English (let us know if you are proficient in German too!)
