Tomorrow University’s Community Immersions are our flagship experiences, designed to foster deep connections, inspire growth, and create lasting impact within our global learner community. These quarterly gatherings bring together learners, alumni and inspiring partners in meaningful ways—both virtually and in person.
This is especially important for learners who are not based in or near one of our Action Hubs. As we know how important Community connection is for all learners to support their mission, we want to create an equally valuable experience online as in person!
As a Community Immersion Organiser, you’ll play a key role in helping us create these connection opportunities, helping to shape memorable moments for yourself and the broader Tomorrow University Community.
The Community Immersion Organiser role is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about event design, facilitation and creating spaces for connection and collaboration. In this role, you will:
You’ll collaborate closely with the Tomorrow University team and your fellow Organisers to ensure our Community Immersions continue to grow in impact and excellence!
Typically, virtual events and initiatives take place in the last two weeks, to allow new learners to focus on onboarding in their first week. We generally run up to four events during these weeks (2 per week), which are a mix of learner and externally led.
We understand your time is valuable, and you won’t be doing this alone—you’ll have the support of the Tomorrow University Community team and your peers every step of the way.
